1. Communication and Connectability

Launch a new interactive web page that streams current news, sports, weather, omega news, omega classifieds and a link inside the press and forms room of the International Headquarters where the minutes to omega business can be accessed. This site will be the default web page for all of the brothers and will be the distribution mechanicsim for four(4) online Oracles. Two(2) Oracles will be in print.

2. The Centennial Celebration

Omega Psi Phi through the past 100 years has cultivated and inspired more than 200,000 African American men nationwide to become leaders of their communities and the nation. Our centennial event will introduce a national symposium on the “African-American Male” and will bring together an unprecedented group of scholars, civic activists and business leaders. It will also serve as a reclamation/fundraising event.

3. Merchandising

My administration will introduce safeguards that will protect brand trademarks; allow for expansion to the Omega Mall and attract and retain a better quality of vendors. A true free-market environment will be created that will showcase the many talents of the brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.

4. Create an environment of “BACK TO THE BASICS – Enjoying the Brotherhood”

I will launch a series of programs designed around young brothers interacting with older brothers, Grad chapters with undergrad chapters and districts with districts. These modules will incorporate our mandated programs to facilitate more involvement with families, programs with children and programs that are Church based/God based. The goal here is to keep it simple by rediscovering friendship through bridgebuilding between brothers.

5. 100 days in keeping with our Centennial celebration, I pledge to bring before The Supreme Council the following:

• 100 day review of our mandated programs
• In 100 days we will bring forth alternative revenue generating ideas and new national fundraisers.
• 100 day review and re assignment of international committee chairs with appointed expert support.
• 100 day review of the lampados program to insure continuous emphasis on improved selection, education, training and implementation.
• 100 day review of our Affiliate organization to determine their effectiveness or address their areas of weakness
• 100 day Fraternity wide challenge to begin a nation wide dialog on Black Male issues i.e. Health, Education, Economics, Religion and Politics.

Omega Men should start the dialog in our communities to encourage positive living.
